Citing IGOR PRO in a paper

Dear all,

I am currently writing a paper based on data I collected several years ago and analyzed with IGOR PRO at that time,– I think it was version 3. I was wondering how I should cite IGOR PRO in the paper? The sentence in question reads, “To help identify the position of v1(CO32–) vibrations, a deconvolution analysis method was used with the assistance of the computer program IGOR PRO (X)”. So I’m left wondering what the (X) should be? Ignoring the obvious "depends on what the journal format requires" type answers, should the citation refer to the website alone (http://www.wavemetrics.com), the company or to a user manual, as is commonly the case when citing software in the literature? Thanks,

Technically, "WaveMetrics, Inc.": the M is capitalized.

Software Engineer, WaveMetrics, Inc.
