Fitting variabes in global fitting

Hi all, I have a question regarding fitting functions.

I'm doing a temperature study in order to get activation energy as well as the Arrhenius prefactor. Let me show you the form of my equation to be fit, which is a combination of first order kinetics and the Arrhenius equation.
