Graphing of subset array

I have an array of about 200,000 points and I would like to plot one every 3,000 points. What is the name of the function that I will use?

If it is just a single y array, the syntax is
Display mydata[0,*;3000]

To use the dialog, choose New Graph from the Windows menu and then make sure you are in the more options mode and then add your y and, if needed, x waves. You can then edit the ranges.
