How to create a plot like this?

How to create a plot like this? I have a dataset with four columns, longitude, latitude, altitude and CO concentrations. I marked the altitude with colour and CO concentration with marker sizes. I can annotate a colorscale, but how can I put another legend to indicate the sizes?

Have you considered a Gizmo plot where the data are shown as a colored 3D Path along with optional map at the bottom. If you are using IP7 check out File Menu->Example Experiments->Visualization->flightPathDemo
