Import or merger one experiment file into another one

I am looking for the way to import/merge one existing experiment file into another one. I mean this kind of merge/import will still maintain the hierarchy of the one which I would like to import, i.e., I would like to put the importing one under some folder of imported experiment file. Thanks in advance.
Go to the data-browser and click 'browse' - you can bring waves from other expts into others this way.
Don't know if this can be scripted? I have never tried or looked.
