Making 3D plot

It's difficult to figure what's wrong without any further information.
How are your data organised? What exactly were you trying to do and how?

If you are really using Igor Pro 6.0 I recommend you update to the latest, 6.22. 3D plotting and its documentation have been improved since 6.0. Choose Help->Updates for Igor. The update is free.

After updating, execute:

DisplayHelpTopic "Visualization"

Usually this is because you have 1D waves but Gizmo requires either a matrix wave for a surface plot or a triplet wave for a path plot. This is explained in the help topic referenced above.
