Unipolar peaks - Peaks number

Hello,

I'm a new Igor user and wish if someone can help me with the following:

I'm doing experiments where I have multiple waves per experiment (sometimes more than 30 waves) and I need to know the number of peaks for each wave. Please see the attached image

Currently I'm doing it through the PeakAreasUnipolar.ipf file but the problem i'm encountering with that, is I have to do it for each wave where i end up spending two hours or more daily especially when i run three or four experiments.

Is there any way where i can find the number of peaks for the whole file?

Any help will be appreciated...
I suggest you send one of your experiments (with your own analysis completed) to support@wavemetrics.com to see if we can assist you in automating this procedure. General advice is problematic since each user's peaks have different characteristics that require different settings.
