It is not entirely clear what you are suggesting here:

I'd think that StatsTTest should do the job for you but maybe you wish to avoid the click in the command window and all the typing. If that is the case you might want to add a function that is invoked from the Data Browser upon a click in the Execute Cmd... button. That would require 3 mouse clicks: two clicks for selecting the waves and one click in the button. Obviously that did not take into account the fact that the second click required that you also press a modifier key to enable multiple selection.

You are not telling us which version of IGOR you are using. More recent versions include V_sem.
