Reorder Trace and Image Plot

I'd like to have an image plot, with a fill-to-zero wave behind it. Is there a simple way to send the fill-to-zero wave to the back?
My image plot only takes, say, 4/5 of my x axis and 2/3 of my y axis. I want to put a hatched background to show that I have no data in that range.

Edit: In the range outside of the image plot.

Got it to work. Didn't know about the layers in the draw tool.
