error - access denied for user

Hello everybody,

i am administrator (Win XP) and want that all users have access to a package of procedures (a IGOR Packed Experiment File Template (.pxt)).
Igor Vers. 6.21

Doesnt matter where i place the files, i always get the same error message when i am loged in as user:
Windows OS error - Access denied.
Error in a_init.ipf
#include ":User Procedures:Folder:Functionname"

At general the user can without any problems use data from the file location.
Can anyone give me some adwise?

I suspect that you have put the procedure file in the User Procedures folder inside the Igor Pro Folder which is inside "C:\Program Files (x86)". The latter is a protected folder, protected even from administrative users. You should not use this folder.

Instead use the "User Procedures" folder in the "Igor Pro User Files" folder. To learn about "Igor Pro User Files", execute this:
