How to generate molecule bonding data in Gizmo?

Hi igor folks,

Could someone please give a little bit explanations on how the ParametricPath wave was generated in Example Experiments -> Visualization -> molecule. I am trying to generate some crystal structures with bondings using Gizmo but could not figure out how the bonding data could be produced. Thanks!

The demo in question was contributed by a customer but I wrote the code that generated a parametric surface for the bonds. This example is a few years old and largely irrelevant now because in IP7 you can generate this surface by checking one box in a dialog... So, fire up your IP7 Gizmo, create a path object using a path with NaNs for all segments representing the bonds. In the Path dialog check the 3D Tube representation and you are done.
