Interpolate XOP not loaded

I tried, according to the instructions, to make a shortcut of the Interpolate extension (From IGOR's Program Files' folder) and place it in C:\Documents\WaveMetrics\Igor Pro 6 User Files\Igor Extensions. Still when I open IGOR PRO 6.3 I don't see that option in the analysis menu, and I can't even use Interpolate2 in the command line.

How, then, should I load this extension into IGOR? I have Windows 7 x64.
The Interpolate XOP is preinstalled. If you don't see Interpolate in the Analysis menu then your installation is messed up. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling.
