Recursion to map contents of all data folders

I think that I have seen code posted relatively recently either to the mailing list, these forums or as an example experiment, showing the use of recursion to walk the data folder structure and report the contents of each folder. My searching has come up empty, yet I feel certain that I've seen this not so long ago. Can anyone point me it the direction of this code?

Very nice, thank you. I made a small modification to permit printing to a notebook. Filed under the same snippet node.
