I am trying to plot wind direction data, expressed relative to compass degrees, on a polar graph. I would like to place 0 degrees at the top of the graph, respresenting north. The default is 0 degrees on the RHS, towards the east.
One solution would be to rotate the graph CCW 90 degrees. Is this possible? I'd welcome alternative solutions.
I would like to avoid post-Igor manipulations, such as digitally cutting and pasting the plot area and labels.
Which Igor version you are using? In my version (6.32A, but I think it was there in some previous versions as well) there is such a setting in the polar graphs panel. In the second tab 'Range' you can select origin and rotation of the angles.

In the Range tab I selected the topmost '0' under the Origins heading and CW in Rotation heading.
I'm also using 6.32A
