Waterfall Plot Axis Label Formatting Trouble

Hello all:

I am making waterfall plots with a left, right, and bottom axis. I am finding that the entire graph, and specifically its axis labels, do not stay properly scaled (proportional) as the plot is made from a bigger to smaller window. The text size looks massive as the window is scaled down. Furthermore, the right axis label requires modification to look properly aligned along the axis, and so, when the graph window changes size the label placement is not modified automatically to keep the plot looking nice.

Does anyone know if this is just a natural issue/tendency with these waterfall plots? I think with other plots on Igor labels stay proportional and in place? Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you very much for your reply. I am a new user and am just figuring out how to get the data I want.
I suggest you post the window recreation macro from your graph. See Igor's Windows->Control menu item, click "Create window macro", find the macro in the Procedure window, and paste it here for our examination.
