Subrange for AppendViolinPlot and AppendBoxPlot

As the use of violin or box plots to display data is required more frequently, and multidimensional waves are normally used, I would love in AppendViolinPlot and AppendBoxPlot to be able to select a certain layer/chunk from a wave instead of making a separate wave for that everytime.
