IgorThief2

IgorThief2 is an updated version of the IgorThief graph trace digitizer.  It is intended for digitizing data in graphs where the data are displayed as markers or where the graph is rotated.  If your data are shown as lines, you should use the Tracer package by forums user tony.  IgorThief2 borrows some elements from Tracer, and tony caught a few bugs during the testing phase.  

Major changes include the removal of global variables and strings, the ability to have multiple IgorThief2 graphs, the ability to load images from the clipboard, a hopefully more user-friendly interface, and the ability to zoom in while digitizing.
