Releases for Thermocouple Calculator

First release as a project on IgorExchange.

Older versions of this code have been available on the web for a long time. This version adds some thermocouple types and includes significantly cleaned up code. I've tested the code quite extensively, but you should verify for yourself that it works. Caveat emptor.
