Release Notes:	Added compatibility for operation on a Mac (thanks to Ken Aikin at NOAA for input on code and testing). When running on a Mac you dont need to specify the netcdf folder, and the status lights which check the installation are disabled and should be ignored. Added the ability to specify the type of netcdf to create (e.g. "classic" netcdf 3, netcdf-4 etc). Note you must have an up-to-date version of the netcdf library to do this. Changed behaviour, so viewing output files generated using the tools is controlled with a checkbox, instead of an "Alert" which prompts you every-time you make a file. I've uploaded a demo pxt which contains some dummy data with the tables already filled in, so all you need to do is use the menu "NCGEN-NEGEN panel", fill in your path(s), name your output file and hit the "Do it!" button to create a proper netCDF file from Igor.
