ChangesThis version is now just a procedure file. Install it and invoke it using standard practices either in the User Procedures folder or the Igor Procedures folder. This version no longer uses split string to parse the spectrum lines. It reads the line as a text wave and stores the elements. All function calls are STATIC except the call to LoadPHISPEFile(). This is to allow an eventual change to an independent module and to avoid name-space conflicts in other functions. UpdatesThe file is loaded in to a folder that is named by the file name. The wave wSpectrumScales has been expanded to 5 elements rather than 3. The columns in wSpectrumScales have dimension labels of npts, start, step, acqtime, and Ep. The rows have dimension labels by the spectral region. You can therefore now access a region and element by labels. An example is wSpectrumScales[%sur][%acqtime] to show the acquisition time (s) of the region named "sur". Other NewsThis is the last beta release. The next release will be a full version number. |
