Would it be possible to add a semicolon checkbox in the "Load Data Tweaks" menu when going through the Load Waves Delimited Text options?

It would be possible but it does not seem to me to be generally useful. This is the first such request I've seen so it seems like it is not a common use case.
You can specify any delimiter using the LoadWave /V flag.

Maybe I'm just unlucky that I encounter ";" quite often. I'm aware of the /V flag, a checkbox would just be a bit more convenient, but fair enough.
