how to import .abf 2 file to igor pro?

hi, although i owned igor pro for a while, i just began to learn it recently. I am using clamp 10.4, for the result file .abf is there any way to import them to igor pro?

neuromatic and taro tool seems only support old version of .abf files. I found DataAccess maybe meet what I need, but it is quite expensive. Before spending money on it, I am trying to find any possible "free" way to save the budget.
