importing from mClust

I am trying to import .t files from mClust using Igor's import general binary file
mClust states in its documentation that the .t files have an empty header and file contains unsigned 32 bit integers
I have tried importing just deleting the header completely or using the the option to specify the bytes to skip in the header in the Igor import gui.
I have exhausted every option i can think of.
Thank you in advance for help.
If you can point me to documentation for the mClust .t file format I may be able to make a suggestion.

It would also help if you attach a sample .t file with an explanation of what you expect to be in it.
