Hello,

I am trying to use the movewave command, however, when I use

movewave wave1, :datafoldername


the wave1 would be renamed in the name of 'datafoldername' and remains in the original folder.
I also tried using GetDataFolderDFR and save the reference in a DFREF, but wasn't successful either.
Can anyone share some idea on how to move a wave from one datafolder to another?

I think you just need to add a colon at the end. For example:
Make jack
NewDataFolder DF
MoveWave jack, :DF:
