Controlling which command is printed in the history

Simply, I want the ability to exclude some commands from the history. For example, all plotting and graph modification commands are not important for me in the history...All I care about will be other data manipulation, not data presentation...

I know I can manually delete commands...
Igor puts all commands in the history and there is no way to select which commands go into it.
