Drag and Drop Traces

This adds a menu option that, when activated, allows you to drag traces from one graph to another.

| Release Notes: | Initial release. Supports dragging of a trace to another graph, where it will be "moved". The trace is removed from the first graph and is appended to the second graph. The line thickness of the trace is transiently increased while you have the mouse button down in the first window, so that you can clearly see which trace you are moving. |
