Annotation Tools

I found many useful codes and functional projects from this Forum, which also inspired me to write something new. Here I would like to post an AnnotationTools which is based on the codes shared by Jeffrey J Weimer(https://www.wavemetrics.com/project/AnnotationTools).

Using this new panel, one can Add/Duplicate/Delete annotations, and modify the font/position of annotations, etc.

Hope it can be useful to you. Bug reports and communications are welcome.
