Releases for Syntax Highlighting in VIM

Lots of changes for Igor Pro 7

• Don't highlight /Wave as used for function return types, trailing wave statements or options to Wave or Make


• allow more than one space between function specifiers like threadsafe and static


• Add missing keywords AbortOnRTE AbortOnValue try catch endtry


• highlight submenu and struct properly, fix static highlighting (again), properly match whitespace at region close


• add #else keyword


• fix highlighting of static in front of constants

* Add some forgotten keywords: menu, strswitch and multithread
* Match Proc only without following "=" (This is different from Igor Pro
but much nicer!)
* Add fold marks for functions, macros and structure definitions
Requires that you use set foldmethod=syntax in your vimrc
* Fix highlightning of todo/fixme in comments
* move #if after #if* in order to avoid wrong highlighting

Fix error in last upload

Minor fixes:
- Improve support for escaped quotes.
- Support Window, Proc and EndMacro keywords.
