Releases for Arc Hull Baseline

Final release for this project - development will continue as part of the baselines project.

Bug fix: code was missing a /Z flag for an optional wave parameter.

adds updater headers for IgorExchange Installer version 3

Now works with traces plotted on any axes. Adds new option to recolor traces during fitting, to help identify the active trace for fitting when many traces are plotted in the same graph.

Bug fix: prevented recursion resulting from a hook function that was responding indiscriminately to all modified events.

Record fit coefficients for iterative fit in wave note

Added Project Updater headers. These have no effect unless you've installed Project Updater: http://www.igorexchange.com/project/Updater

Backward-compatible for Igor 6

Panel size decreased for compatibility with smaller or lower resolution screens. Some bugs fixed.

Introduces iterative fitting of CurveFit functions with elimination of either positive or negative residual points

Update provides a smoothing option that allows baseline to pass though, rather than under, noise.
