if an annotation is out of the window, how to get it back?

when I adjust the position of an annotation, i type a very large X,Y value which make the annotation out of the screen. In this case how to get it back?
One way is to make a recreation macro for the window, edit the coordinate of the annotation, and then rebuild the window.
