Custom position of history/command window on start up

I'm wondering since years if there is the possibility to change the default size and position of the history/command window when starting up Igor.
Is there a preference setting that I just don't see?
Move it to where you want the default to be, then select Misc->History Area->Capture Prefs... or Misc->Command Buffer->Capture Prefs.... If you're only capturing the window's position and size, it doesn't matter whether you select the command line and then choose the menu item or if you select the history window and then select the menu item. If you want to capture the text format or document format, it does matter.

In the dialog, select Window Position and Size and then click the Capture Prefs button. This preference will be used when you start Igor or start a new experiment. I believe the position of the command window is stored with an experiment, so if you open an existing experiment I think the command window will be where it was the last time you saved that experiment.
Related question: What is the name of the command window?
I want bring it to the front programmatically, but all my trials with DoWindow failed.
