(minor) right click to hide Igor 8 toolbar

I am always forgetting where I can set the preference to hide the user toolbar, the new ribbon in Igor 8 at least on Windows. (At the moment, I don't see it in Miscellaneous Settings -- maybe it deserves it's own section there, or perhaps it would fit in the 'Experiment' section.)

Anyway, it would be nice if right clicking brought up a drop-down menu where I could quickly set my preference to hide it. Perhaps right clicking on the main drop down menu ribbon (with 'File', 'Edit', etc.) should also be available and provide an option to show it again.
