Igor can load data files like Excel, but how to export the data into a format like Excel?
For example, I use Igor to collect data from a machine and graphs are plotted at the same time. Now, I need to know the raw data behind the graphs. How can I get the raw data?
Maybe someone here are also using a software like Origin to handle with data and plot graphs. It's simple to get the raw data for a graph by a few steps.
Igor should have the same functions. But I cannot find it.
The suggestion to do the guided tour, or at least the first half of it, is a very good one. The guided tour is an essential introduction to Igor.
You can access the guided tour by choosing Help->Getting Started or by opening the PDF manual and reading Chapter I-1. To open the PDF manual, choose Help->Manual.

Thanks.
