Graph subwindow in a Panel

I have a Graph subwindow embedded in a Panel. I want to use the Draw tools in the Graph, but can't seem to activate them. (The Tools for the Panel are not activated.)

When I execute

ShowTools /W=Panel0#G0/A

I get a ShowToolsError window that indicates the syntax is not recognized (Expected "normal", "line",..etc)

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Using IP 6.31, Win7.
