I am looking for sth like "neuronal network toolbox" for MATLAB
I have a hypothesis on neuronal circuit model and need to generate a computing model first, as it is quite imposable to test it using animal.

Yeep getting an XOP which uses something like TensorFlow would be a nice addition to IP.
@pangeng: I assume you have the appropriate (NVIDIA) hardware for AI?
