After 32 years (!) with WaveMetrics, I am retiring! I've had a great time on this job. Not too many jobs that are so much fun that you wait until 73 to retire. But, as I have been telling my friends for a while now, the job is intellectually challenging, and the customers are amazing people, and they pay me for it! I will really miss the amazing customers, you folks have made it all truly special.
John, thank you for many years of prompt and wonderful support with Igor, and congratulations on a well-deserved retirement!

John, thank you for all your support, your dedication to the users and all your great contributions to Igor Pro. I think my first post in the (old) forum was a long rant which you took great patience to answer. Since then I wrote many more nagging posts and emails, but it was always a joy communicating with you. Enjoy your well-deserved retirement and I wish you all the best.

John, thanks for your support for so many years. Your NIDAQ Tools package was outstanding, as was your help with subtleties of curve fitting. Best wishes for many happy years in retirement.
